I use the Clara French Press on the weekends and the Raven Stovetop Kettle almost daily for tea. They are meticulously designed and make for a luxurious brewing process, if that's a thing. With Fellow, it feels like it's a thing. The Clara makes the best cup of coffee I've ever had at home when compared to a traditional coffee maker, a percolator, and a Keurig (good grief those plastic pods, before I knew better).
FRENCH PRESS
It makes sense that the Clara French Press is award winning and a best seller. Two setbacks with the Clara, first is washing the filter after brewing (the body is easy to wash). Second, it has a PFOA-free PTFE-coated interior, which is deemed safe if not heated over 500 degrees. With boiling water, we are in the clear here, but I would prefer it had a ceramic interior. If you are not bothered by the PTFE-coating and a little extra time at the sink washing the filter, your French Cafe-like cup of coffee plenty makes up for it.
KETTLES
It's been a month or so since I've seen the Raven on Fellow's website, but it has the same body as the kettle on the Corvo EKG Electric Kettle. Water heats quickly and pours perfectly from the Raven. If you are planning to use your kettle on a stovetop, make sure you select a kettle that is rated for your stovetop. The kettles in the electric kettle sets are not for stovetop use. The Raven, Corvo, and Stagg kettles are stainless-steel without the PTFE-coating.

REMARKABLE CANDLES
Clean and slow burning coconut wax with essential oils and a crackling wooden wick. Hemlock Park is the best non-toxic candle brand that I have experienced thus far.
REMARKABLE BURN TIME
I recorded 53hrs and 45mins of burn time for a 4oz Hemlock Park candle. If I may reiterate, four (4) ounces. The average burn time for a popular 15oz 3-wick soy wax (not good wax) candle is only about 40hrs. Recap: 4oz Hemlock = 53hrs vs 15oz 3-wick = 40hrs.
WICK CARE
Wick trimming really does extend the life of your candles. After the first burn, most wood wicks can easily be pinched off with your fingers. Don't pinch too low, as the wick will have a hard time lighting next time. Use a small piece of napkin or paper towel to keep your fingers from getting soot on them and only pinch when the wax is cool and solid. If the wick doesn't break off low enough, you may prefer a trim kit or sometimes I use scissors to cut back the excess charred wood.
