Pumpkin Crème may just be one of my top 3 favorite scents by Hemlock Park. I'm not a die-hard pumpkin-everything, hurry up and get here fall type, but they really bring it home with this rich, creamy spin on an autumn staple. I love my pumpkin spice lovers, so it makes me all cozy inside thinking about how you will fall for Pumpkin Crème. There are so many layers to this warm, spiced, gourmand blend. Winter Chestnut creates depth while spices fill your space just the way they should. Pumpkin is perfectly highlighted giving way to a pinch of buttery sweetness from Brown Sugar. The delicate way Vanilla Crème unfolds is really what rounds out the body of this little pumpkin. Unlit, it still teases you with the essence of the season as you walk by or somewhere in the room that you didn't expect. Pumpkin Crème is a favorite of my visitors too! Deserves restating that this scent profile bountifully drenches a space with the richness and warmth of the fall season. Vanilla and Brown Sugar mingle delectably with layers of warming spices that make you wonder if somebody is baking, no, that's just you burning your Pumpkin Crème candle.

My 8oz apothecary amber jar, with more than 1/3 left to burn, has already clocked 56hrs & 15mins. The 8oz jar candles are designated as having 60 burn hours. I still have a way to go and I'm nearly there. Excellent slow burn candles. I had a 4oz (not Pumpkin) apothecary jar clock 53hrs & 45mins.

Mission Fig
Mission Fig, Melba Peach, Meyer Lemon, Gardenia, Coconut, Orchid, Freesia, Fig Leaves, Maple Sugar, Vanilla
There's a complexity to Mission Fig that moves through developing layers. Both floral and gourmand profiles shine through. The sweet, creamy, comforting, earthiness of Mission Fig dances in harmony with Maple Sugar and Vanilla throughout the burn, even when not burning. Orchid and Freesia take their turn in the spotlight and linger. I appreciate the voluminousness of this blend but given my propensity for edible-forward scents, the headier floral component of Orchid pulls through a bit more than the sweeter floral notes from Gardenia and Freesia, which I personally prefer. There's a slightly powdery finish which I know is quite popular, not so much a favorite of mine keeping Mission Fig from being one of my top picks, but I'm not mad at this fall darling.
